In my opinion, you didn't cross the line. If you had kissed her sore lip, a peck, just once, after an invite, that would be fine.

Whether you gained any sexual gratification from the kiss is, in my opinion, irrelevant. If you were to be charged with "molestation" because you enjoyed it sexually, then that would, imho, be a thought crime.

The problem you would face would be if the kiss was witnessed by a third party and mis-interpreted as something "sinister". Then you would be in dangerous waters. The kiss would be the same, but the interpretation of it would be under scrutiny.
