what I mean by that GM of mine is that with that mother/anit I wouldn't think of doing it, but if it had been my neighbor and her 9 yr daughter it MIGHT have been a little bit dfferent, it might not have been. Maybe I might say "hey cutie" if it were that 9 yr LG neighbor of mine, Maybe not. I don't know for sure. I would only know that for sure if it had my my neighbor.
