Yes it is something that most of us find happens.

I think it is the fact that we will actually engage with the child, sometimes visually but maybe even at a micro level that kids can pick up.

I know I walk around the mall and have little girls looking at me all the time.... but then again I am pretty ugley, they could be just looking at the freak show lol :P
