btw I enjoy reading your posts, and can relate to you in a lot of ways.

I think it's important though not to propagate myths that have such serious consequences - honestly, people do commit suicide all the time for fear of what will happen to them in prison.

The FBI has a field-training manual which deals in part with helping officers not feel responsible when a suspect commits suicide (Kenneth Lanning, 2001: Child molesters - a behavioral analysis)
