She is "Young Girl Holding Flowers" painted between 1798 and 1800 by Sir Henry Raeburn. She is hanging in the Louvre and can be found at the Web Gallery of Art. http://www.wga.hu/frames-e.html?/html/r/raeburn/

Not someone I was familiar with until I started googling keywords searching for a cool sigpic.

And I kept her intentionally small for the benefit of our dial-up brethren.
