Believe it or not JD, not every action that occurs in someone's life is chosen by them - many things happen we do not have control over, such as someone finding out something they are not supposed to. People (especially children) like to share secrets with their best friend, and so forth, there is usually a weak link in the chain somewhere. And the risks are not worth the temporary pleasures. But hey - if you want to state how to subvert law in current society - I do believe a moderator will more than happily edit your posts.
