As politically correct as I try to be, it's obvious that there is at least a little truth behind a lot of stereotypes.

However, being a frequent hanger in the barrio, my personal experience tells me that Hispanic men are, for the most part, very respectful of their wives and girls(muy caliente). Often moreso than I've seen in my own whitewashed "I'm the king of my castle" neighborhood. Sure, there's some bad apples in every bunch. In every bunch.
