I didn't put demonstrable in quotes, I put it in parenthesis--big difference. I was suggesting that for the purposes of law, which should hold to a standard akin to that of science, imo, only demonstrable harm should be considered true. Psychological harm may be real, but it isn't demonstrable, and it doesn't occur in every case anyway. It should not be the basis for law.
