Re: these are truly excellent

Thanks I used to really like the group...I still can't find all their songs online tho'! Let's face it I already bought some of their albums three or more times I'm NOT buying them again just to be able to hear 'em on my computer. That and some of their stuff is out of print to the point that it doesn't even make sense trying to find 'em used--the people who have 'em aren't selling.

I'm still waiting to hear from JD420 on the 'Move it' song...'herd and not scene' is one thing but I'd bet JD420'd get a kick out of the lines about 'Daddy's double talk' and 'It's time to shake it loose \ Shake it from the family tree' Then there's that part that really gets me wondering just what the song's about....

"I got so twisted \ Tryin' to make it right
Don't you know we've wasted half the night"

^o^; Kind of makes you wonder, eh?

The second song is just a good alpurpose song to sing to yourself at the end of a relationship when the little girl you love moves on or when you find yourself in a situation where a close friend or familyu member decides to turn against you.

"When lightning strikes and love is gone \ don't let it break your heart
Don't let it turn you 'round \ so people mistake you"

Those are some words to live on!
