Personally, be it male or female, I can't figure that anyone is able to understand sex... basically, by that I mean the physical action versus the mental reaction/understanding and emotion involved until after they've quit having it, and maybe not even then.
What age should a child be before attempting it? Doesn't that depend upon the individual and their own level of a. self awareness, b. mental stability, c. self-comfort, d. ability to relate to others, e. etc etc etc...
I'm not sure it's possible to tell. Why else could some people have gone through such sexual events in their childhood and grown up to become "normal as defined by society" and others in the same kind of situation gone on to be "traumatized for life" as it were?
We have all certainly known adults that could not handle sexual situations as much as I'm sure we've known a few kids that we swore were older mentally than those same aforementioned adults.
I do have questions about all sorts of things, and just recently found out about something that makes me cringe in regards to CL and myself. However most of that is neither here nor there. So, in regards to "how old is old enough" I suppose that's a super fine line that no one will know for certain.
The law however has a definate idea. Gotta stick with that.
