Nametags are indeed what a thoughtful 8yo does :)
In fact, I owe the boss's daughter quite a lot.
On my very first day, she was in making nametags for everyone.
I looked competant :)

If I could have assistance to "bear" my "burden", I'd be issuing invitations.
Did I mention her pink underwear?
