Since most kids express an attraction to adults, do we call them *all* teleiophiles.

Just the ones with an actual sexual affinity for them.

Teleiophilia for children seems synonymous with SAA heterosexuality for adults.

In some cases, yes. This can be said of all orientations. Prison rapist = Homosexual? Nah-uh. =)

Children who are *only* attracted to other kids seems to be the exception to the rule.

Etymologically, prepubescents with a sexual attraction to other prepubescents are in fact pedophiles. =P
