Females are "not-bitches" when they don't use sex as a weapon or make references to being required to "give it up" to gain respect. In other words, feminazis are bitches. You can sit and scream "no female should ever be called a bitch!" all that you like, but some fit the bill. Don't get uppity and try to paint me as sexist, though -- a good many males fit the bill for being bitches as well.
