exactly. thats the point. ofcourse dressing like a gothic Lolita, like I do for instance, is for attention (not only of men, by the way). But BUT, it's NOT a cry for being sexually harrased. THAT depends very much on the behavior going with the outfit. for example, a girl dressed in very modest way, but acting like a total slut can be more sexually provocative than a girl dressed in a babydoll with high heels and torn pantyhose, who keeps very much to herself.
