A little girl hugged me today (GM)

She is a gorgeous little blond waif of about four years. She stops over at my place occasionally to play when my daughter is outside. I always talk to her if I am around. Today as she is leaving she says good-bye, takes a few steps, stops and turns around, then comes back and hugs me around my legs for a few seconds. She then continues on her way without saying a word. I just said "thank you" in my nicest, most thankful voice.

It was completely unexpected by me. I wish I had been kneeling down at the time so it could have been a more proper hug!

This was really the first time for me that a non-related LG has initiated a hug. I have known her for about a year now. I hope she does not wait another year before giving me hug number two.
