Well, whatever you mean, if you mean, "how do I meet someone who bring up the rumours about my orientation?" I say, all you do is point to your track record: I'm good with kids and have never been held even remotely suspect for any crime.
If you're uncomfortable talking about being a paedophile or you're just not ready to face that kind of "drama", all you need do is tell them that that sort of questioning is not permissible in interviews for employment.

It's illegal for them to ask whether you're straight, gay, ped, or bi, and
I have never once been interviewed for a job and asked directly about my orientation.

Besides...if they did "find out" they would probably just not call you back or screen their calls and avoid you for a while.

The misopaedes are cowards and seldom take any direct action....

If they did, we may actually have a chance at dialogue, but because they are deathly afraid of what we stand for(and most of all, terrified of the voracious truth which is on our side), and know that our rationality and clear-headedness will always conquer their paranoia and prejudice, they will not risk any sort of real debate with us.

So, don't worry, if they have suspicions about you, you'll probably never have to defend yourself because the opportunty will never come up.
