You don't see a difference between a 15 or 16 year old and a 7 year old, huh?

A girl in her mid-teens making that cleavage comment? Absolutely. A girl in mid-teens doing the finger and tongue thing? Sure, I've actually seen that myself. I bet most of them even know what it actually means.

A seven year old doing the finger and tongue "oral symbol" to an older complete stranger male...I don't f*cking think so.
