Sexual abuse is something I would rather not see thank you.

Is it possible she's being sexually abused? Certainly, but nothing the captain described in his post gave the rest of us that kind of impression.

And why? Because it doesn't fit into your and many others picture of things.

You've got sexual abuse on the brain moth...and again, I have to wonder why you obsess over it so much...

I don't obsess over it, I happen to think I might have done a little more research than some and I probably have more than enough experience to talk about this. I was abused, a member of my family was abused, I have studied numerous accounts from abuse victims and I have seen the effects of abuse in children in real life.
