LG Chivalry (GM)

As per usual, every weekday, I get on the same train to go to work. Today I was blessed with the company, in the same carriage, with a family. Grandmother, LG 10-11, LG 7-8, LG 5-6 and LB 4-5. They were all running around as excited children do when they are on an outing, except LG 10-11. She was behaving herself and berating the younger ones for mucking around. The trip I must take is about 17 minutes long. At the station before I get off I start to get ready to disembark. I put my helmut on, I'm a cyclist, and stand at the door ready to start the last leg of my journey to work. The two younger ones were fighting over who should open the door. Whilst this was occuring LG 7-8 makes her way to the door, looks at me, smiles (a gap on either side of her two front teeth due to her baby teeth falling out)and offers to open the door for me. She was wearing sunglasses, a t-shirt, jeans and sneakers. But what made my heart turn, apart from the offer of opening the door for me, was the array of freckles splashed across her cheeks and nose. I said thank you and rode off to work. My day was pleasant to the max with that memory firmly planted in my mind. See ya back from the future.
