That's actually a good point.

If all the members of the discussion were completely anonymous and nobody could be labelled or differentiated from anyone else, the discussion would be truly neutral and unbiased. Maybe then it should also ban users from identifying themselves in any way (gay, black, jew, ect). At least then it would be fair.
