Wow, no wonder they can jack the recidivism rate up so high on paper.. when buying a doll or walking around somewhere becomes a "sex crime"!

From the more realistic stats I have seen though, recidivism rates for sex offenders are usually lower than any other type of crime, with about half of them that go back to jail usually being for other non-sex crime offenses like theft, robbery, etc.

The thing is, until they start distinguishing the psychopathic from the non-psychopathic, they won't ever keep the right people in jail and really reduce recidivism rates further.
