I have two drop dead gorgeous daughters, very outgoing and social with adults, and I swear they have pedo-radar built in because they seem to
gravitate toward the guy most likely to MELT in their company. I've never held them back from meeting people and making friends of any age, I enjoy
sitting back and watching them interact. (I don't see any value in them socializing with their peers, children can be so cruel and hateful)
What is it like living in the presence of angels? It's wonderful, challenging, exhilerating, exhausting, and lots of other things rolled into one. I agree with the others that nature seems to provide some sort of genetic/erotic interlock in that I don't desire sexual contact with my girls.
Maybe it was years of poopy diapers that desensitized me. Regardless, I
feel it's my duty as a father to be a model male figure in their lives, and they'll be looking for a mate similar to me to fill my place when their time
comes to move on. I don't want them to dive into relationships with sex as a priority, so it's best that we not go there for the sake of their future relationships.
