I was hoping that I wouldn't come across as a jerk, so I'm glad that I apparently didn't. And you're right about this newspaper article being better than most, but it was still just law enforcement's side of the story. As long as everyone sticks to "innocent until proven guilty in a court of law" I'm happy.

Of course there are exceptions to that rule, like when it comes to Dubya and Cheney. Those guys are evil to the core, and I'll believe anything bad about them. ;)
