Nice Cor! Plus two GMs

Nice day Cor! Seeing little girls or talking to them is the highlight of my work days too. Yesterday while lined up at a fast food place an asian man and his 3 year old girl were in line ahead of me. The 3 year old had two pig tails of jet black hair. She was wearing a pure white tanktop-summer-dress. She wasn't in my AoA, but she was still adorable like most kids that age are. While her dad waited in line, she was looking around and saw me. I saw her and smiled. She grinned and waved at me, opening and closing her hand and turning her little wrist in the air. She kept saying, "Hi, hi, hi, hi" as she did it, and had to take a look at her waving arm a couple times to make sure she was doing it right. I smiled, waved, and said, "Hi" right back. She did it a few seconds more, but then her dad moved with the line so she was momentarily destracted. Then she turned to me again and waved and said Hi all over again. So I waved back. She was cute and lit up my face with joy for the rest of my work shift after I finished my break.

Then today while at work a 7 year old girl was wearing frilly white skirt and a somewhat tight yellow tank top. She was looking at items on the isle shelf and was so pre-occupied with her thoughts that she seemed clueless to the rest of the world. She slowly bobbed from side to side, as if she couldn't stand completely still because she just had to move. This whole time she was sucking on the bottom of her tank top which she had pulled up to her mouth. I got a couple great glances of her pretty belley from a distance until a thought occured to her and she took off to find her mom. I don't know if its just me, but little girl tummies are so much better than grown up tummies, even if the grown up is in good shape.

So I had a good weekend too. When a little girl walks in, I can't help but brighten as if the sun came out from behind a layer of dimming cloud.

I'm done work for a couple days. I hope you continue to have great days and girl moments :-)
