Mr. Zinnanti is a lawyer who was hired to represent the interests of his client. He is no more a facist than the average American.

It's important not to radicalize this conflict. Mr. Zinnanti has his opinions that probably aren't much different than most Americans.
I know that he believes in free speech, too.

Perhaps by asking Jack to end this, he is representing his client's interest in having the restraining order stand and encouraging Jack to leave town. On the other hand, he may also be making a valid point.

As a lawyer, I always listen to what other lawyers say, especially opposing counsel. Their arguments not only inform me as to thier positions, but also inform me of the weaknesses of my position.

This has to be very difficult for Jack. Most people are foaming at the mouth with hatred toward him. There's something wise about Mr. Zinnanti's counsel. Is Jack really prepared to fight this? His lack of response to my offer indicates that he is not. If so, he should retreat.

Lets not spew anger and hatred toward those we disagree with. It doesn't help. A dignified approach is imperative. We will lose a screaming match.
