One of the things I hear over and over again is this: Jack's site is place where sexual predators can go to learn how to stalk children.

Doesn't make any sense to me either, especially as I never even heard of it until after all this stuff blew up. I wonder how many people actually visited that site?

Also: Yes, it is a freedom of speech issue. The whole idea of Freedom of Speech is that one is not punished because of what one says, thinks, or believes. This is clearly a case of punishment for what Jack has said he thinks and believes, and therefore a freedom of speech issue.
