If your daughter never wants to see him again, then as far as I'm concerned he abused her and you need to kick him to the curb. Even if you love him, for your daughter's sake give him up. It'll be tough, but you owe her that. If she says he penetrated her digitally, he probably did. Why should she lie about that? It sounds to me like he is the liar.
