Having sex with it or any of its orifices would probably count as molesting it.
Whereas, fondling it or giving a prostate massage would not so long as it was to calm and please it.

It's funny that people think that prostate massage is some sort of evil form of abuse. "Oh my god! You put your finger in that child's ass!!!" ... well, yeah. There's a prostate gland up there that can get mighty uncomfortable if you don't massage it a bit every now and then. Baby might stop crying if that uncomfortable shooting pain in his butt goes away, and the easiest way to do that is to gently massage the prostate. Doctors and daycare workers used to do it all the time and plenty of doctor's still do and haven't bought into the homophobia/child abuse philosophy that the anus is either a purely sexual hole or a "one-way only" hole.
