In some cultures, it's normal and expected that mothers will suck their infant son's penises to calm them down, not to get the mother or the son aroused.

there is a lot of ambiguity in this. i think the 'not sexual' conclusion is complately whack myself. 'not harmful', or perhaps 'not uncommon' would be more accurate.
