I don't think that very many adult incest cases are prosecuted. 1st cousin marriage is legal in many states as well. Almost all incest convictions involve a father and his underage daughter, and the incest charge carries a lesser penalty than a child molestation/rape charge. It's the so called incest exemption law that has so many of our members in an uproar. Personally, I just wish there was a pedo exemption law to go with it :)
