You are more than welcome to state and argue for a point of view which criticises the current legal situation. For example, it is perfectly acceptable to say, "I think a child is capable of consenting to sex at any age (or whatever age you think)." It may be wise to add a disclaimer that you obey the law nonetheless, but in any case, it's not a problem. You may like to check out some of the debates on here between Dissident and Markaba in order to see how these subjects can be tackled openly and powerfully in a way that does not raise any problems from a moderation point of view. It is really simply a matter of phrasing things in such a way as they are not objectionable from the point of view of the rules.
