A Birthday GM

Some friends from the club that I frequent came over for a coffee this afternoon, bringing their soon to be 7 yo daughter. The LG had no idea that I had decided to give her a giant teddy bunny that I had won by the way of a raffle. When the LG found out that the bunny was for her birthday the cuddles I received could not come any faster. If you could picture the following; the LG stands very close to 4 feet high, the bunny stands close to 3 feet high and has a tummy to boot. During the entire visit, after the bunny was received, there was this LG sitting on the lap of the bunny. Patting the fur and cuddling the entire time. When it was time to go, her father had to go to work, the LG tried very courageously to carry the giant bunny out to the car, but because of the size of the bunny I ended up having to put him in the back seat. The LG even went so far as to put the seat belt around him, it was such a funny sight. Not many GMs happen in my life nowadays so I intend to remember and cherish this one for a long time.
