Somewhat embarrassing GM

So I live in a quad, which is four houses together in a square, with each corner a different person's house, instead of in a row like in a townhouse. I was cat / house sitting for a week at one of the neighbours in the quad, and in the house between us is a family with a particularly lovely 10 year old with looong blond hair.

While I was moving out of the neighbour's house and back into mine, she was playing outside in the snow with the baby of the family. So here I am finally with a chance to talk to her, and I am holding stuff like bed linens, my dirty laundry, dirty dishes, etc. etc. O_O
