Jack, I have a suggestion:

You might want to consider moving to the Northeast( I'd recommend either NYC or Boston more than the other NE cities). I know that you dislike cold weather, but the weather is starting to get nicer this time of year and should stay pleasant until about November. Girl watching is great from April to October, and there are less fat and obese girls than in other areas of the US like the South and the Midwest. There's also a Liberal atmosphere and people tend to mind their own business. The media hardly covered your story in the Northeast even when you were the "hot story" out West, and we hear nothing about it lately. There are a lot of social services here as well. I think that the NE may be a good place to stay for the Spring, Summer, and Fall, and then you could head back West for the Winter and maybe things will have died down a bit by then.
