It was obvious you weren't here to make friends, but I admit I thought you might really try to understand. Apparently not. Since you have prejudged pedophilia to be "detestable" and "horrific", it's obvious that you are unwilling or unable to make a real attempt to understand.

That's no way to do research; that's the exact opposite of the scientific method. If you start with an unsupported premise any conclusion you reach will almost certainly be wrong.
