My GM for today

Call her "Dana". I met her when she was 13 and fell in love. Of course she looked like she was 18 and for me that's OK. I worked with her Mom who coincidently was kinda after me cause she was having problems with Dana's stepdad. Over the years I have done what I can to be close to Dana. This girl is just one example of why life depresses me. When it came down to it her Mom knew I would rather have been with her daughters than her and we got over the deal of her wanting to get with me. Notta big deal. But the usual stuff, I'd see Dana at her Mom's occassionally, we'd hug and tell each other we loved each other but I knew she looked at me as Daddy #3. I bought her a few little things...got her belly pierced...hehe. And she knew I wanted to be with her but when she was about 17 I took her in the other room and hadda little talk and of course she told me she didn't think of me that way and what can I do. Pretty much like always...worship from afar. Within the last year she has moved out of state with her bf. Tears me up to think he has her and I don't, but I saw them today and she looks so good and I get that empty feeling. I so wish. But then I know I can't do for her what pretty much most other guys can do and this dude is pretty much TCB. They have a house, close to the beach. She had an incredible tan...well I did get to buy her a tattoo for X-mas...lucky me. It just sucks being (I hate to say it) like old and these girls I want won't even look my way.
There's such a difference bet the LG's and when they hit their 20's and esp 30's. When they are little, they don't care how old you are or how goofy you are. Don't care what you say, they just love that you love them and are there for them. They are so carefree and don't judge. There's so much more but that's some of why I love LG's. I wanna be the one they run too, the shoulder they cry on and the one to take care of them. It's all pretty simple.
Thanks for listening. And sorry, I'm just more articulate in my head. When I try to get it down on "paper" it just comes out all messed up. I'll lay in bed tonite and think of all the right things to say...Oh well, the cat needs attention...TTFN
