I feel for you kba, having just gone through losing my love too (I still cling to hope though).

I can tell you though, that even though it ended horribly, my time with her was still the best thing that happened to me. She taught me to be happy with myself and to see the world in a different light, and no one can take that gift away from me.

Try to find what she gave you and learn to relish that.
