I think a lot of the major questions have been addressed here to the point where anything I have to say would likely be repeating something you have already read. Therefore, to save time for both of us, I will only answer questions that I think are, at least in some ways, unique to the pedophile being questioned.

- Why do you think you're attracted to LG?

In a large way, I dont really understand why I am attracted to LGs. I am sort of new to this; not new to being a pedophile, but new to putting into words the complex emotions that I feel. I have only been an active member here for a short time, and before I joined this community, my sexual orientation wasnt exactly something I brought up at the dinner table. I think the reason people have trouble explaining this subject is twofold:

1) There is often much lost in translation between a nonverbal idea and the verbal response to such questions. To me, putting these ideas into words seems akin to painting a picture with a very limited palette. The execution is never near as beautiful as what I had in mind. I think this effect is intensified when the recipient of the explanation has little perspective or foreknowledge of the topic being discussed.

2) I think sexual orientation is something that operates on a largely subconscious level. It is difficult to justify a personal preference in anything. My favorite color is green. My best friends favorite color is blue. I like Italian food. He likes Chinese. He prefers redheads. I tend to like brunettes. He likes adult women. I like little girls. Trying to discern why we like these things would involve delving into an infinitely complex tangle of psychology, sociology, genetics, etc. Sure, sometimes we can identify a major contributing factor to our preference, but this is typically not the case, and the more complex the preference is, the harder it is to work out its explanation.

So to avoid simply handing you an overinflated version of Just because or Why are you attracted to men/women?, I am going to attempt to give you my minimal understanding of this topic. I think mesmerised hit on a pretty good point when he said,

There are certain qualities in girls which inspire that love in me: sensitivity, gentleness, warmth, affection, intelligence, playfulness. And the way those qualities are reflected in their physicality: the gentle, subtle beauty of her form.

I would also add that I like how children tend to think outside the box. Not because they are necessarily especially insightful or creative, but because at that age, they dont have any conception of what the box is. Its a sort of kids say the darnedest things mentality. They have not spent enough time in society to learn what is and is not okay to talk/think about, and I find that refreshing.

But all of these things are just a small fraction of the confluence of innumerable, delightful characteristics of LGs which I find attractive. I could sit here for hours trying to make a list of hundreds of these characteristics, however, for the reasons outlined above, I dont think would do you any good.

- Are you sexually attracted to other people/things/whatever or just LG? If the answer is yes, do those interests have anything in common with the one discussed here? Why?

I am attracted to little girls, adolescents, and women up to my own age (early twenties). However, the older girls and women I am attracted to tend to have younger attributes. If you were to parade young women, adolescents, and little girls in front of me, I would be attracted to about one woman for every ten adolescent girls and every one hundred little girls.

I hope that helps. It would seem that I completely failed at keeping it short, but us GLs tend to be pretty passionate in our cause. I hope you have the interest and the patience to read through all of our responses.
