Technically, his nick is spelled "Dark_Storms", btw. I just noticed this, and while Kero seems to have done the GC Search on him, that's probably why Minstrel's hasn't turned up anything - well, unless you haven't searched...
What I am going to say about him should not be interpreted to mean anything against anyone else, ok??
He wasn't maybe our best philosopher, activist, scientist or artist. But to me he was probably the best human being. To put it simply, if I was in my deathbed and I had to choose a GCer to adopt my newborn daughter; or if my daughter asked me which GCer I think she should meet first with the intent to date / marry them, then I'd choose him with my eyes closed.
He was a friend; a gentleman; a Girl Lover; a person that always strived to do the best for all the little girls he could.
Not that others don't - just that he stands out because of many particulars about him and his life that have an influence on that.
Not all the story is in the public board either - and it would certainly be too much to ask the mods to read the chat logs. But believe me - he is one of the guys who would always see through the question and choose what was right for the girl; even if it was the more difficult path for him to take.
And in time, when he left (I also know more than what the public posts say), I know why he did it and that he did it once more trying for the best. It was a very hard decision that I am not sure I would be able to take.
I still think about him often, always will, and always will be waiting for his return (or for a mail from him) and anyway wishing him the very best.
(And, if the girl isn't his, then his wife has some explaining to do...)
