cute little GM

Ok so there i am, working along at the cafe' when comes in a mother and little 3 yr old daughter...she was so so cute, gorgeous brown eyes and hair...the sweetest little voice. she says "oh you have a piano?, i wuv the piano can i pway the piano?" i look at my boss and say "it's okay right?"...pleading for the girl! he said yes, so i hurried over to pull out the bench and help her up...honestly, it was only a second that i got to embrace her, but her warmth was indescribable....she felt so innocent like love was radiating from her...i would have given anything just to hold her close to me. i made my way back to serve the mother her coffee. the daughter was playing random notes, smiling ear to ear. i said "wow, that sounds so beautiful!" she said "thank you, i wuv the piano".....at this point i was feeling so high i actually said to the mother "aww she is just so adorable, she makes my heart melt!!"....it felt so good to express my true feelings to her mother! the funny thing is the mother after that said "you dont have kids do you?" i guess to imply that maybe kids arent so cute when there yours, but it didnt neccesarily sound like that, it almost sounded like maybe she could just tell by how smitten i was by her. really not sure, but either way it was a great experience!
