Im convinced that, at the time, a particular group with a major mad-on for paedophiles had someone planted not only here but specifically in the small social group Todd was a part of here. And I also believe him when he says this is the cause of some major shit in his personal life at the time.

If I felt I had to choose between my personal life and this community the choice would be simple(though Id never even threaten anyone in such a way). I doubt anyone could honestly say any different. Those who would are very few and far between.

Todd was incredibly stressed at the time and said something in anger. I seriously doubt he intended to carry out the threat, even as he typed it out, and in some small way I understand why he felt he was the one being betrayed.

Lets be honest on one thing. He has more ability than the average member or former member here to out people. And despite possible motivations, theres absolutely no evidence at all that ever has happened.

In short, I'm very offended by his threat. But very relieved that he did not carry it out.

I'm still very uncomfortable with this. His trust me, the money was put to good use but I can't tell you any more than that is strictly PR. But to say he 'stole' the money when it was the charity itself who refused to accept it is a bit much.

Lindsay did everything correctly. He has no criminal history. He took the steps necessary to protect his family. He left the USA so they couldn't persecute him without reason. His message was always simple, clear, correct, and to the point. Lindsay said he chose his path in hopes others would follow in his footsteps, but no one did. Lindsay is irreplaceable, and it seems few people realize how deep the impact of his absence is.
