Wow, I had this exact thing happen to me today! Coincidences never fail to amaze me. I have had girls say similar things a number of times in the past though.

In my case, a young girl, whom I will call Rhoda, started kicking my leg in playfully. She was not kicking me hard, just lying on the floor swinging her legs around while watching television. I grabbed her foot and began tickling it. I was doing it slowly, not quickly (the way that sends shudders up a girls entire body). I continued to tickle her foot and lower leg for a couple of minutes, and then decided that I had had enough fun. Tickling a girls foot for a couple of minutes seems natural to most people, while continuing to do it for much longer would probably have become suspicious, and the room was full of people. The response after I pulled my hand away was like yours, almost verbatim. She said It feels good, instead of It feels nice, but everything else was the same. Haha, unfortunately that drew enough attention that I didnt feel comfortable continuing.

Damn those non-GLers ruining great GMs!
