The P word came up with my company

Trippy I tell you. Yesterday I was at my buddy's house shooting pool and watching SNL with some females he invited over. There was a skit on SNL which made fun of John McCain's endorsement of almost anything. When the narrator spoke the line, "John McCain supports pedophiles (big lulz from the audience)," my buddy asked his friends about what a pedophile really is. He thought pedophiles were rapists of children under 18, and one of the ladies answered that they're child molesters. Of course her friend agreed with her. So I interjected and told them, "I read that pedophiles are people who are sexually attracted to children under 12, but it doesn't always mean that they'll rape them." "That's just fuckin' sick," said one of the ladies. I just went along with their ignorance so as to not arouse suspicion to how I know so much about sex offenders (I survived five years of SOT so I'm used to it).

Then the conversation went to sex offender registries, and the ignorant but personally satisfying content was in the gist of how some old farts (as they put it) on the sex offender registry committed "lewd acts with minors under 12." My buddy thought that those "bastards" should just be lined up and shot, so I informed my chums that urinating in public or even flashing your breasts will require you to register as a sex offender. Yes, they did NOT know about that.

So one of the ladies asked me if she took a leak outside a club and if the cops caught her would she have to register with all those freaks and child molesters. "Oh yeah," I replied. That changed the mood real quick. I purposefully left out the part where only violent and repeat sex offenders are on the public registry in a subtle attempt to quell prejudice with a false sense of insecurity; NO ONE IS SAFE - LOL.

Now this is where I lord on about how wonderful it is to be with the most liberated and free-thinking minds on the internet to give me the means to walk proud and laugh at everyone's ill-informed beliefs about pedophiles. Those ladies laughed with, gave hugs, and smooched a pedophile sex offender while me and my buddy continued to shoot the bull over some pool. Like Siva told me, just live life and let the sheep bleat away.
