Re: Suicide thoughts

Please above all remember that suicide is not the best/only way out of whatever place you find yourself in.

I've been in some extremely dark places myself, and felt as if the whole world was coming to a head on one dark lonely night with music blaring the dark so deep is overwhelmed me, bringing me to my knees in one glint of existence, alone in the universe.

I feel some of what you feel (though of course I cannot know your exact situation, nor can I claim to have any understanding of what you have been through) sufficet to say however that whatever ails your minds WILL pass in time.

There is always a bright horizon and it can be found through ongoing perserverance. No matter how dark things seem, please do not be fooled by the darkness.

It slips in through your curtains and curtails your reasonable thinking. It invades your reasoning and leads you to places that seem inescapable. But they are. There is a bright future, and there is a way out.

It may come in a strange unexpected form but look every day for the syncronicity in your life. Look for the light as it is surely looking for you.

I apologise if this post seemed rambling but do not give up.

Many have been where you kneel and lie now (note, not stand) and you can be happy. Please head my rambling, wipe away your cobwebs and stride on through the rain to the sun beyond those big dark clouds.
