Actually, it is far worse than innocent name calling, ButtonNose.

If you go to the BBC page I linked, you will see, above the photograph of the Obama family, a snapshot of a guy standing on a roof with a huge pair of binoculars, looking not at Obama but very fixed at something else. What has caught his attention to such a degree?
