Buddy if you can't get to a gym, then google Gilad's Body Sculpt series. The man can turn you from mush to muscles in no time. Pretty soon people of all ages will start giving you props. How can you love children if you can't even love life?

But like exercise, you MUST BE DEVOTED. This must be a lifelong commitment to your health, your mentality, and your spirit. I have found my orientation to not be just the state of having an LG with me, but rather all the life that would surround me and my partner.

I was depressed AND obese. I had to change or else I would die a painful death in about 10 years. Amazing what exercise can do in just two years.
