...Karen fletcher pleaded guilty, nobody found her guilty. No doubt it was because of her illness and fear of prison that she did so, not because she actually believed she did anything wrong. And that is the problem with plea bargains and why they should not be allowed, IMHO. You'll have people like Fletcher who will plead guilty out of fear and not out of guilt.
