One of them is prosecuted by witch-hunters backed by U.S. Supreme Court rulings that the laws against it somehow do not constitute "congress making a law abridging freedom of the press", and the other two are prosecuted by witch-hunters only in other parts of the world.

The Miller test is clearly flawed, since anything that anyone wants to read, view, or listen to automatically has "artistic merit" if even it's only one person against the entire rest of society, or else the phrase "artistic merit" is meaningless.
