Hi, Agent X-Ray. It's good you take the opportunity to ask this stuff when the topic arises. One of the fastest ways to learn the tricks of controlling layout and such is by reading such short posts.

As for getting your sig pic up and running, just send an email to the admin with the picture you wish to use attached. Make sure it's acceptable to the site and that its file size is small enough. If I recall, you may have up to 3 pics per account. To control them, add a space after your nickname in the Nick: field when posting. Example, for this post I will use NO space after my nickname. My pic of the howling wolf requires one space. I'm not cool enough to have a third pic, though. :)
