How could it be consensual?

When a 10 year old girl is so intoxicating that it clouds any reasonable 21-year-old male's better judgment, consent is impossible.

It would be the same as if a 40-year-old ugly woman got him drunk then had sex with him. There's no way he can give meaningful consent in that intoxicated state.
